Job Title: Housekeeping / General Maintenance Associate
Job Summary:
A community-focused recreational facility is seeking a reliable Housekeeping / General Maintenance Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and guests. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping shared spaces organized and well-maintained.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize common areas including locker rooms, restrooms, fitness areas, and entryways
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and empty trash throughout the facility
- Perform light maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and reporting repair needs
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and high-touch surfaces
- Ensure supplies are stocked (paper products, soap, etc.)
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30–40 lbs as needed
Schedule & Pay:
- Flexible schedule (morning or afternoon shifts depending on facility needs)
- Part-time or full-time opportunities may be available
- $12.00 per hour
