Front-End Loader Operator
Pay: Starting at $21.00+ per hour, depending on experience
A local company is seeking an experienced Front-End Loader Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating Caterpillar front-end loaders or similar heavy equipment in a construction, quarry, industrial, or heavy equipment environment.
Responsibilities

Safely operate a front-end loader to move, load, and transport materials

Load trucks, hoppers, and other equipment as needed

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues

Maintain awareness of surroundings and follow all job-site safety procedures

Assist with general site operations when equipment is not in use

Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized

Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members
Qualifications

Previous experience operating a front-end loader required

Experience operating Caterpillar equipment preferred

Construction, quarry, mining, or industrial experience preferred

Ability to perform daily equipment inspections

Strong understanding of job-site safety procedures

Ability to work in an outdoor environment and varying weather conditions

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Pay: $21.00+ per hour, based on experience
