As a Soldering Technician, you will be responsible for: Prototyping, Soldering, Cable Fabrication, Harness, Electromechanical assemblies, Manufacturing, Environmental Testing.
Candidate must have experience fabricating hardware to meet challenging technical requirements.
Basic experience reading schematic drawings and other manufacturing documentation are required.
Candidate will be required to have the computer skills associated with these design and assembly tasks, including proficiency in using corporate manufacturing data systems, creating documents and spreadsheets for manufacturing information such as work instructions, parts lists, inventory reports, etc.
Responsibilities: Repairing circuit boards, cutting components to fit the board. Maintaining stock levels to ensure all needed equipment and materials are available, Testing finished boards to check functionality Following technical drawings carefully.
Reading engineering drawing skills and generating bill of material from physical samples and drawings, repairing circuit boards, cutting components to fit the board. Soldering wires and components to circuit boards, assemble electromechanical assemblies and cable fabricating.
Coordinate with machine shop for machined parts requirement.
