We are seeking reliable and motivated individuals for production roles supporting a manufacturing environment. This position plays a key role in maintaining product quality and keeping production lines running efficiently—ideal for candidates looking to build a long-term career in manufacturing.
Shift Availability & Pay:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | $16.75/hr M-F
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | $17.75/hr M-F ( 5 positions open )
- 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM | $17.75/hr Sun-Thur (7 positions open )
- Pay Increase: Available upon full-time hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform secondary production operations such as sorting, stamping, and light industrial tasks
- Follow established work instructions and production standards
- Perform repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail
- Recognize patterns in product quality to ensure accuracy and reduce defects
- Maintain steady production output while supporting overall line efficiency
- Work independently to start and manage daily tasks
Qualifications:
- Entry-level manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Comfortable with repetitive work and pattern-based tasks
- Ability to stay focused and consistent throughout the shift
- Comfortable sitting for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Interest in long-term employment and growth within manufacturing
