Job Full Description
Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday (4x10s)
- Fridays typically off
- Overtime, when needed, is usually worked on Friday for approximately 6 hours
Electrical Technician I
- Must have at least 1 year of relevant experience (electronics, electrical assembly, military electronics, manufacturing, repair, etc.)
- Ability to read schematics preferred
- Basic soldering experience is a plus
Electrical Technician II
- 3–5 years of electronics assembly, testing, troubleshooting, or repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience with soldering, PCB repair/rework, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other test equipment
What You’ll Do
• Assemble, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and electromechanical
assemblies
• Perform IPC-compliant soldering and rework on PCBs and wiring harnesses
• Use diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and automated test
equipment
• Interpret schematics, work instructions, and engineering documentation
• Document repairs and test results in ERP/MES systems
• Support quality, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts
• Work in an ESD-controlled environment following strict safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized work areas consistent with 5S and lean practices
• Escalate issues to senior technicians or supervisors when encountering unfamiliar
defects or failure
