What You’ll Be Doing:
Perform MIG, TIG, Stick, or Flux-Core welding on structural steel, pipe, or sheet metal
Interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings
Measure and cut materials to specifications using saws, torches, or shears
Inspect finished welds to ensure they meet quality standards
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
Work independently or as part of a fabrication team
What We’re Looking For:
Previous welding experience in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment
Ability to pass a welding test (if required)
Familiarity with various welding techniques and tools
Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in various positions (standing, kneeling, overhead, etc.)
Welding certification is a plus but not required
Bonus If You Have:
Experience with reading blueprints or shop drawings
AWS certification or other welding credentials
Fabrication or fitting experience
