Position Overview:
We are hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Countertop Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience installing countertops—such as granite, quartz, or laminate—and must possess a valid driver’s license. This hands-on role requires precision, professionalism, and the ability to measure and install materials accurately in both residential and commercial settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely load, transport, and unload countertop materials to job sites
- Accurately measure and fit countertops using a tape measure and standard hand tools
- Install countertops to exact specifications, ensuring clean seams and secure finishes
- Modify, cut, and polish materials on-site as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use hand and power tools efficiently and responsibly
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers
- Follow all safety guidelines and installation procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience installing countertops (granite, quartz, laminate, etc.)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- Must be able to accurately use a tape measure
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Dependable and professional work ethic
