Position Overview:
We’re looking for a creative and outgoing Social Media Coordinator to manage and grow the online presence of our bar. From highlighting drink specials and live events to showcasing the atmosphere and engaging with our audience, this role is perfect for someone who thrives in nightlife culture and knows how to turn heads online.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Promote weekly specials, live music, events, and seasonal promotions
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos during peak hours and special events
- Respond to messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor trends and adjust strategy to increase engagement and followers
- Collaborate with bartenders, DJs, and event staff to create hype-worthy content
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
- Analyze performance metrics and make data-driven adjustments
Qualifications:
- Experience managing social media for a business, preferably in hospitality or nightlife
- Strong writing, photography, and video editing skills
- Familiarity with Instagram Reels, Stories, TikTok trends, and Facebook scheduling tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for what grabs attention online
- Able to work nights and weekends to capture live content
- Comfortable being on-site and interacting with guests when needed
- Self-starter with excellent time management
