Position Overview:
The Office Manager will be responsible for managing administrative staff, supporting financial and operational processes, preparing for audits, and ensuring the office runs efficiently. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support administrative personnel, ensuring efficient office operations
  • Manage office procedures, including purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and vendor relations
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for audit preparation and compliance purposes
  • Assist with budget tracking, payroll support, and basic accounting functions
  • Oversee document control and record-keeping for production, HR, and financial reporting
  • Coordinate internal and external communications between departments and management
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
  • Develop and implement office policies and workflow improvements
  • Support leadership with special projects and reporting needs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting
  • Supervisory or team leadership experience required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
  • Experience in audit preparation and compliance documentation
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or ERP systems
  • Experience with timekeeping, payroll, or purchasing software
  • Basic knowledge of HR and safety compliance
