About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator with 2–3+ years of hands-on experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of press brake operations, precision bending techniques, and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders accurately.
Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances and standards.
Maintain equipment and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues as needed.
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of experience operating press brake machinery in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices in metal fabrication.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CNC press brake programming.
Familiarity with various metals and thicknesses.
