Job Title: Roof Salesman/Estimator - $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Shift: Day shift
Pay Range: $18-$20 per hour (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
- Conduct on-site roof inspections and accurately prepare estimates.
- Present roofing solutions and proposals to clients in a clear, professional manner.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to project completion.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate project execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in roofing sales and estimation.
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, systems, and installation processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Proficient in using estimation software and CRM tools.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
