Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
- Conduct preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure equipment safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting (steel industry experience is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Comfortable working in hot, noisy, and industrial conditions.
