About the Role:
We are a fast-paced box manufacturing company seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our production team. This is a physically demanding role that requires consistent heavy lifting and the ability to work efficiently in a high-speed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials and finished products
- Operate machinery and assist with production line tasks
- Perform quality checks and ensure packaging standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs. repeatedly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
