Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. This role is strictly commercial—no residential work. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem-solver with strong diagnostic abilities and hands-on experience servicing commercial HVAC systems.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems only
- Work on rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, package units, and commercial controls
- Perform preventative maintenance and emergency service calls
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Accurately document work performed and parts used
- Communicate clearly with supervisors, property managers, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow all safety protocols
Requirements:
- 2+ years of commercial HVAC experience (REQUIRED)
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with RTUs and commercial refrigeration preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Must be dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
