Job Title: Sales Representative – Construction (Windows & Doors)
Location: Montgomery, AL
Job Type: Full-time
Pay Range: $17-$24/hour (+Commission)
Commission structure: High earning potential, with commissions often making up 50% or more of total compensation
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with experience in construction, project management, and window & door solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants the opportunity to significantly increase their income through performance-based commissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities within residential and/or commercial construction markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, contractors, and project stakeholders
- Manage client projects from initial consultation through final installation
- Provide expert recommendations on window and door products based on client needs
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts
- Track and manage sales pipeline to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in sales (construction or home improvement preferred)
- Background in project management, with ability to oversee jobs from start to finish
- Knowledge of construction processes, especially windows and doors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
