Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our riverboat team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience onboard.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Deliver meals and drinks promptly.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Maintain clean and organized dining areas.
- Work as part of a team to provide outstanding guest service.
- Follow all company safety and service standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter or waitress is required.
- Must be comfortable working on and around water.
- Must not be afraid of water.
- Must successfully pass a money handling/counting assessment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
