NOW HIRING: Production Assistant – Apparel & Garment Handling
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Pay: Starting at $14/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (some flexibility available for the right candidate)
Duration: Now through January 1st, with potential for permanent placement based on performance
About the Role:
We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join a fast-paced, high-quality apparel production team. This role involves hands-on work with garments such as shirts, hats, and other items, supporting the flow from incoming inventory to final packaging.
Primary Responsibilities:

Count and verify incoming orders of shirts, hats, and other garments

Operate hat and shirt heat press equipment

Cut, weed, and tape vinyl designs for garment application

Sort, count, and box completed orders

Assist with daily and weekly cleaning and organization of the production area
