NOW HIRING: Maintenance Coordinator – CSR1
Location: Hot Springs, AR
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $14–$16/hour
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator – CSR1 to join a dynamic and fast-paced office team. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excellent with customer interaction.

- Positive, friendly demeanor in person and on the phone
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced office environment
- Comfortable using CRM software, phones, and other office equipment
- Strong organizational and logistical skills
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Safety & Efficiency Maintenance Agreements
- Set up agreements in CRM and Excel
- Schedule appointments, track payments and visits
- Send reminder postcards, make confirmation calls, and handle rescheduling or cancellations
- Assist CSR team by answering phones during high call volume or when staff is out
- Greet and assist walk-in visitors
- Support additional office duties as needed, including filing, equipment registration, and creating Red Books
