Job Full Description
Job Duties:
- Perform data entry and internet research for sales team
- Efficient with Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
- Putting in addresses and trying to find the correlating business information
- Responsible for entering and accurately coding invoices in Account Payable software
- Reviewing and verifying invoice details, and ensuring all payments are processed by their due dates
Requirements:
- Able to use Microsoft Excel
- Data Entry knowledge and experience
- Good computer skills
- Strong data entry skills
- Attentive to detail
- Ability to manage a high volume of invoices efficiently
Work Schedule : 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday
