A Production Print Sales Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling high-volume digital printing solutions to commercial and enterprise clients. This role combines technical expertise with strategic sales skills to deliver tailored print solutions that meet complex production needs.
📌 Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the production print market

Conduct client needs assessments and recommends appropriate digital print solutions

Present and demonstrate production print equipment and software (e.g., Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta)

Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts aligned with client requirements

Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and support

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business

Stay current on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies

Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
🎓 Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in commercial printing or production environments

Strong understanding of digital print workflows, finishing equipment, and software

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
