Key Responsibilities:

Create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar).

Interpret engineering sketches, notes, and verbal instructions to create accurate and manufacturable designs.

Update and revise drawings based on feedback and design changes.

Organize and maintain drawing files and documentation per company standards.

Collaborate with engineers, production staff, and other departments to ensure design accuracy and project success.

Assist in developing and improving drafting standards and processes.
Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree or certification in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

1–3 years of CAD drafting experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred.

Proficiency with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Good communication and time management skills.
