We are seeking an organized and personable Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and support our day-to-day operations.

 

Position Summary:
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. This role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, and handling basic administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference room reservations.

  • Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders as needed.

  • Assist with company events, projects, and other office tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
