Job Full Description
We are seeking an organized and personable Entry-Level Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and support our day-to-day operations.
Position Summary:
As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a professional and friendly atmosphere. This role involves greeting guests, managing phone calls, and handling basic administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Answer and route incoming calls; take accurate messages when necessary.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference room reservations.

Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry.

Monitor and maintain office supplies; place orders as needed.

Assist with company events, projects, and other office tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
