Shift: Day Shift – 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Job Summary:
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Production Operator to join our Green Area team. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and involves learning multiple processes, starting with the IsoPress procedure. Over time, there’s potential to move into a CNC role, but you’ll begin at the front of the line, gaining critical production experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Learn and perform IsoPress procedures, including assembling components and operating the IsoPress water chamber.

Rotate between multiple processes in the Green Area to gain broad production experience.

Handle materials up to 50 lbs and perform hands-on tasks in a “dirty” environment.

Read blueprints and use calipers, scales, and other tools for accurate measurements.

Enter production data and track assembly details.

Prepare additional mandrels while one IsoPress cycle runs to maintain workflow.

Ensure finished assemblies are properly sent down the line for further processing.
IsoPress Process Overview:

Select the correct boot and mandrel sizes based on material specifications.

Load powder from 55-gallon drums and evenly distribute using a shaker table.

Seal assemblies with lids and bands, then lower into the IsoPress water chamber.

Operate the PLC-controlled system to apply pressure for 180 seconds.

Remove finished assemblies and prepare for the next cycle.
Qualifications:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to following procedures.

Comfortable working in a hands-on, potentially messy environment.

Ability to read blueprints, operate calipers and scales, and perform basic data entry.

Willingness to learn and rotate through multiple processes.
