About the Role
A growing company in the fence and construction industry is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional / Sales Associate to support business growth and client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, customer interaction, and working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and follow up on leads from inbound and outbound sources

Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial customers

Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and pricing information

Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth job execution

Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and sales activity

Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics

Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Assist with account management and repeat business development
Qualifications

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple leads

Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and basic sales tools

Construction, fencing, or home services experience a plus

Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
