Job Title: Apartment Make-Ready Maintenance Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Make-Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare apartments for new residents. This role focuses on turning vacant units quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality standards and safety.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform apartment turns including painting, drywall repair, flooring, and general carpentry

Repair or replace appliances, fixtures, doors, locks, and hardware

Basic plumbing and electrical troubleshooting

Clean and prepare units to move-in ready condition

Conduct inspections to ensure units meet company standards

Respond to maintenance requests as needed

Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas safely
Qualifications:

Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience preferred

Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC (basic), and carpentry

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Strong attention to detail

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred

Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor
