Job Title: 1st Shift Bobst Die-Cutter Operator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Pay: $21/hour+ (DOE)
We are seeking an experienced Bobst Die-Cutter Operator to join our production team on 1st shift. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating Bobst die-cutting equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Bobst die-cutting machines

Read and interpret job tickets, specifications, and production schedules

Ensure proper machine settings for cutting, creasing, and stripping

Perform quality checks to maintain product accuracy and consistency

Make necessary adjustments to meet quality and production standards

Complete routine maintenance and keep equipment clean and safe

Accurately document production data and downtime
Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of Bobst die-cutting experience required

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to read measuring tools and follow detailed instructions

High attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
