A well-established and reputable law firm in Little Rock is seeking a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and assist legal staff. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
- Maintain client files, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Assist with client intake and general inquiries
- Perform data entry, filing, copying, and other clerical duties as needed
- Maintain office supplies and assist with general office organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education or training preferred
- Previous administrative experience required; legal office experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Strong typing, proofreading, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Professional demeanor and strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
