Bookkeeper – Law Firm
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to join our law firm team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financial records, handling accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate bookkeeping practices in a professional office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily bookkeeping and financial transactions
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Maintain accurate billing and invoice records
- Assist with payroll processing and expense tracking
- Prepare financial reports for management
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive financial information
- Work closely with attorneys and office staff regarding billing and account matters
Qualifications:
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience required
- Experience in a legal office is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Professional communication and problem-solving skills
