Job Full Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and professional Property Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, along with hands-on experience using ADP systems for payroll, employee management, and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties
- Manage tenant relations, lease agreements, renewals, and move-ins/move-outs
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services
- Ensure properties are maintained to company standards and compliance regulations
- Handle budgeting, rent collections, reporting, and property performance tracking
- Utilize ADP software for payroll processing, timekeeping, employee records, and reporting
- Supervise onsite staff and support hiring/training efforts
- Respond promptly and professionally to tenant concerns and emergencies
Qualifications:
- Previous Property Management experience required
- Experience with ADP systems is required
- Strong knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, and property operations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Preferred:
- Real estate or property management certifications are a plus
- Experience managing multiple properties preferred
