Warehouse / Delivery Associate Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders from pick tickets for delivery.
• Deliver products safely and on time using company vehicles as needed (not a daily driving role), including loading and unloading materials.
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory tracking, and inventory organization.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop and work area.
• Verify and track customer deliveries to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Provide exceptional customer service and effectively resolve customer and vendor issues.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Operate power tools, forklifts, and other equipment safely as required.
• Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Office applications efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting, organizing inventory, operating equipment, and driving company vehicles when needed.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
• Must have a Valid DL and a DOT card
