Field Service Technician
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Field Service
We are looking for a dependable and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. The technician will travel to customer locations to install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and equipment problems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and equipment inspections.
- Read and follow technical manuals, drawings, and service instructions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service.
- Document repairs, service calls, parts used, and equipment conditions.
- Follow all company safety procedures and customer site requirements.
- Travel to job sites as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical, electrical, industrial, or field service experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required.
