Drywall Installer
Job Type: Full-Time
Department: Construction
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Drywall Installer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience installing, finishing, repairing, and preparing drywall for painting or other finishes.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and install drywall panels.
- Install drywall on walls and ceilings.
- Tape, mud, and finish drywall joints.
- Repair damaged drywall and perform patchwork.
- Sand and prepare surfaces for painting.
- Read and follow construction plans and measurements.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site.
- Follow all company safety procedures.
- Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality results.
Qualifications
- Previous drywall installation or construction experience preferred.
- Knowledge of drywall hanging, taping, mudding, and finishing.
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials.
- Comfortable working on ladders and lifts.
- Ability to lift and carry drywall and construction materials.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew.
