Sand Technician
Location: Sheridan, AR
Starting Pay: $15 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Sand Technician to join our team in Sheridan, AR. The Sand Technician will work with a crew of 3 to 4 members on a conveyor line. The primary responsibilities include lifting 50-pound bags off the conveyor and palletizing them for transport to the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lift and palletize 50-pound bags from the conveyor line.
- Assist with cleanup around the lines and plant area, including shoveling loose material.
- Label bags by placing stickers on them.
- Adhere to safety protocols and participate in daily safety meetings.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 6:50 AM - 5:00 PM
- 10-minute safety meeting prior to shift start
- Overtime
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly.
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail for labeling and cleanup tasks.
