Production Worker – CNC Machinist
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $20.60 per hour
Schedule: 8 hour shift (must be willing to work overtime if needed)
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Production Worker with CNC Machining experience for a manufacturing facility in Pine Bluff, AR. This role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, collaborating with teams, and ensuring product quality standards are met. Strong attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and quickly are essential for success.
Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines and perform production tasks for the tube and core division.

Collaborate closely with other teams to meet production goals.

Perform quality checks and monitor production processes.

Set up new jobs and train in other departments as needed.

Troubleshoot and make process adjustments as necessary.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Assist other departments as needed during downtime.

Perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods and climbing stairs.
Requirements:

1+ year experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Previous Forklift Certification is preferred.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Strong initiative, dependability, and commitment to quality.

Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
