Seasonal Harvest Worker
Location: Stuttgart, AR
Pay: $13.97 – $16.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to assist with the upcoming harvest season. This is a seasonal role ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and are comfortable with physical labor in a fast-paced agricultural environment.
Responsibilities:

Assist with harvesting crops, including loading, sorting, and transporting as needed

Operate basic farm equipment and tools safely and effectively (training provided where necessary)

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety guidelines and instructions from supervisors

Perform other general labor tasks related to harvest operations
Requirements:

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Willingness to work long or flexible hours during peak harvest times, including weekends

Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Prior farm, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required
