Maintenance Technician/Millwright
Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour/DOE
Duties:
- Install, assemble, and disassemble machinery and equipment according to blueprints, manuals, and specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating parts, replacing worn components, and adjusting machinery.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues using various tools and equipment.
- Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.
- Align and balance machinery components to ensure proper operation.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
Requirements:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in low voltage electrical systems and basic welding techniques.
- Familiarity with logic controllers and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work with high voltage electrical systems (if applicable).
- Experience with HVAC/R systems (preferred).
- Skilled in fabricating parts using various materials.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and technical drawings.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting heavy objects or working in tight spaces.
