• Assist with loading and unloading materials, equipment, and supplies
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and directions from supervisors
• Perform physically demanding work in outdoor conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly
• Reliable, punctual and safety minded
• Farming or agricultural experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude a plus
