Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $18.00–$20.00/hr DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to maintain and improve outdoor properties in the Pine Bluff area. This position requires hands-on experience with landscaping equipment and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
Job Duties:
- Mow, edge, and maintain lawns to a clean and professional standard
- Trim bushes, hedges, and trees
- Operate zero turn mower for large areas
- Use weed eater for detailed trimming around edges, fences, and structures
- Operate tractor with bush hog for clearing overgrown areas
- Plant flowers, shrubs, and maintain landscaped beds
- Remove debris, leaves, and trash from properties
- Perform basic upkeep of equipment and report any issues
Requirements:
- Must have experience operating zero turn mower, weed eater, and tractor with bush hog
- Previous landscaping or outdoor labor experience required
- Able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to follow directions and work independently or with a team
