Sales Representative
South Central Arkansas – Fordyce & Camden
Full-Time | $40,000 – $45,000 Annually
A local company in South Central Arkansas is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth and strengthen customer relationships throughout the Fordyce and Camden markets. This role is ideal for an energetic professional who enjoys working independently, building accounts, and increasing brand presence in retail locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail customers
- Grow sales through merchandising, displays, and in-store promotions
- Identify opportunities to expand product visibility and market share
- Maintain stock levels, rotate products, and ensure freshness standards
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Manage multiple accounts while providing excellent customer service
- Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Valid Arkansas Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Excellent time management and ability to work independently
- Ability to lift/move products up to 165 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Professional appearance with a positive attitude
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of sales experience (beverage, restaurant, bar, or DSD experience preferred)
- Knowledge of distribution or route-based sales environments
- Basic math and computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $40,000 – $45,000 annually
