Road Grader Operator

Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay: $20.00/hour + DOE

Schedule:
Full-time
Monday – Saturday
Must be willing to work overtime as needed

Summary:
A local company is seeking an experienced Road Grader Operator to support road construction and maintenance projects. This role involves operating heavy equipment to grade and level surfaces, ensuring proper drainage and road quality. Candidates must be reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate motor grader to level and maintain roads, ditches, and surfaces
• Perform fine grading to ensure proper slope and drainage
• Read and follow grade stakes, site plans, and instructions
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
• Work alongside crew members to complete projects efficiently
• Follow all safety guidelines and job site procedures
• Assist with other duties as needed on various job sites

Qualifications:

• Prior experience operating a road grader required
• Experience with heavy equipment and construction environments
• Ability to read grade stakes and understand site layout
• Valid driver’s license required
• Dependable with strong work ethic
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must be able to work overtime and Saturdays as needed
