We are seeking a highly experienced Licensed Financial Assistant to provide direct support for a financial firm. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Russellville, AR.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned financial professional with strong industry knowledge, licensing in place, and hands-on experience with NFS trading platforms and Wealthscape software. Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of Russellville, AR (or be willing to relocate).

Job Duties but not limited to the following:

• Provide executive-level administrative support

• Execute and manage NFS trading functions

• Utilize Wealthscape and other industry software daily

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Communicate professionally with clients and internal partners

• Handle sensitive financial information with strict confidentiality

• Support daily operational and client service activities

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial services industry

• Series 6 License (Required)

• Arkansas Life Insurance License (Required)

• Experience with NFS trading platforms

• Proficiency with Wealthscape software (Required)

• Strong administrative and organizational skills

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette

• High attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual salary range: $60,000–$150,000, depending on experience and qualifications

• Relocation expenses covered, if applicable
