Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is seeking an ERP Support Specialist for a growing metal building manufacturing company. This position plays a key role in supporting multiple departments, assisting with ERP system development, and providing administrative support to leadership. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working cross-functionally and helping improve operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Support ERP system implementation, updates, and troubleshooting
- Test system functionality and report issues or improvements
- Assist with training staff on ERP system usage
- Maintain data accuracy within the ERP system
- Provide administrative support to operations leadership
- Prepare reports, track KPIs, and maintain documentation
- Assist with scheduling, logistics coordination, and project support
- Communicate across departments to improve workflow efficiency
- Support daily operational needs within production and logistics
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems required
- 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, administrative, or customer support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
