Job Full Description

•  Supervisor of Client Staff, and Kitchen Staff
•  Input on Probational and Annual Evaluations of Client Staff and Kitchen Staff
•  Assists with Staff Orientation Schedule
• Assists with Staff hiring and firing in conjunction with Assistant Administrator and 
  Administrator
•  Assists with implementation of training and continued education of Client Staff
• Conducts personnel training or provides options for training to staff (15 hours/year for 
  part-time and 30 hours/year for full-time)
•  Oversee Kitchen inventory and order management
• This job would be flexible hours but also require work on some weekends.
•  Oversee Client Care Staff Daily Responsibilities (Chores & Inspections)
•  Coordinating with Dietary Manager and Kitchen Staff on Resident needs and issues
•  Coordinating with Assistant Administrator on Kitchen and Client Staff issues
