Facilities Maintenance Technicians
Express Employment Professionals, Anaheim South is currently hiring experienced Facilities Maintenance Technicians to join our team and make a difference in various companies throughout the area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks to avoid potential problems and breakdowns.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing contractor activities when necessary.
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to address maintenance needs and improvements.
Qualified candidates will have a combination of the following:
- Proven experience as a Facilities Maintenance Technician or a similar role.
- Knowledge of various building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy objects when required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between facilities.
