Responsibilities:

• Leverage a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract top talent for open positions, both digital and traditional.
• Screen and interview job applicants to assess their qualifications, experience, personality traits, and cultural fit for specific positions.
• Utilize a CRM/ATS database to input candidate and client information, post job listings, track hiring processes, and maintain accurate records.
• Plan and execute marketing calls and other sales-related activities on behalf of job applicants that you represent.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to engage with all levels of people, from entry-level to executive professionals.
• Thrive in a competitive, goal oriented, team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• High level of organization and attention to detail, with ability to multitask and prioritize workload to meet deadlines effectively.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment with changing priorities and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or staffing, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding hiring targets and KPIs is a plus but not required.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
