Express Employment is looking for a Full-Time, Line Operator. This is a Long Term position.
Location: Chico, Ca
Pay: $16.90/Hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6am - 2:30pm (hours may vary) Weekend as needed.

Job Duties:
• Perform pre- and post-operational duties to minimize downtime and equipment issues.
• Ensure equipment is properly cleaned and report concerns to Maintenance.
• Follow production work orders and accurately record finished goods and pallet counts.
• Monitor line speeds to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
• Load and unload raw materials, ingredients, and packaging.
• Inspect materials and products for defects and notify QA as needed.
• Set up and adjust machinery according to company specifications.
• Follow all safety and food safety standards (SOPs, GMPs, SQF).
• Record downtime and waste accurately.
• Assist on the line during breaks and perform other duties as assigned.
• Ensure finished goods meet company quality standards and customer specifications.
• Operate and make necessary adjustments to production machinery.
• Maintain continuous production with minimal downtime and waste.
• Respond promptly to line stoppages and notify appropriate management.
• Identify and select the correct raw materials for the products being produced.
• All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Forklift experience/certified.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
• General knowledge of production equipment and machinery.
• Clean background.
