Express Employment is looking for a Full-Time, Certified Smog Tech. This is a Long Term position.
Location: Oroville, Ca
Pay: $25/Hour DOE
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am - 5pm (Hours may diff-May work Saturday)

Job Duties:
- Performed state-required smog and emissions inspections.
- Operated diagnostic and emissions testing equipment.
- Verified emissions compliance and documented results.
- Diagnosed emissions-related issues using OBD-II and scan tools.
- Explained inspection results and recommendations to customers.
- Ensured compliance with state emissions regulations.
- Conducted visual, functional, and emissions system inspections.
- Maintained accurate testing records and reports.
- Performed minor emissions-related repairs and adjustments.
- Calibrated and maintained testing equipment.
- Identified faulty or tampered emissions components.
- Worked with technicians to resolve emissions issues.
- Maintained a safe and organized work area.
- Stayed current on emissions regulations and procedures.
- Provided excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- All other duties assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of current Automotive experience
- Smog Tech Certificate
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Standing, walking, bending, reaching.
