Express Employment is looking for a Customer Service Specialist. This position is temporary and about 3 months or longer.
Location: Oroville, Ca
Pay: $19.50/Hour
Work Hours: M-F 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Answer phone calls and assist customers in person
• Provide accurate information on billing, rates, accounts, and services
• Resolve customer questions, process payments, and update account records
• Maintain records, enter data, and complete general clerical tasks
• Coordinate with coworkers to ensure timely customer service
• Handle special account issues, including delinquent accounts, bankruptcies, and escrow inquiries
• Participate in customer service and safety training
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• 1 year of current office experience
