Express Employment is looking for a Full-Time, an Install Assistant. This is a Long Term position.
Location: Chico, Ca
Pay: $18 - $20/hour Depend on Experiences
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9am - 5pm (Hours may diff)

Job Duties:
- Support lead installers with the installation and setup of:
- Home theater systems
- Multi-room audio systems
- TV mounting and installation
- Security camera systems
- Networking and Wi-Fi equipment
- Smart home and automation systems
- Commercial audio/video systems
- Assist with pulling, routing, and terminating low-voltage cabling, including Cat5e, Cat6, speaker wire, coaxial cable, and fiber optic cable.
- Prepare job sites before installations and maintain a clean, organized workspace throughout each project.
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and installation materials.
- Help mount and install TVs, speakers, security cameras, equipment racks, and other electronic devices.
- Follow installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and company standards to ensure quality workmanship.
- Deliver professional, courteous customer service while representing the company on job sites.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and job-site safety requirements.
- Communicate project updates to supervisors and complete required documentation accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, tools, and work areas.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of current experience
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work indoor and outdoor
- Knowledge of Hand and Power tools
- Enjoys learning New Technology
- Working in a team-oriented environment
