Express Employment is looking for a Construction General Labor for a long term.

Hours: 30 hours per week, May work 2-5 days for 3 weeks out of the month and then one week off per month.
Pay: $20 - $30/hour DOE

Job Description:
- Perform interior and exterior painting, including walls, ceilings, doors, cabinets, windows, fascia, and exterior trim.
- Install and repair various types of flooring, including laminate, LVP, tile, hardwood, and linoleum. Carpet experience is a plus.
- Perform tile installation for floors, showers, and other areas.
- Complete general repairs and fixture replacements, including light fixtures, ceiling fans, blinds, and other household fixtures.
- Perform finish carpentry, including installation and repair of vanities, cabinets, doors, trim, and baseboards.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, including faucet replacement, tub and shower installation, and basic pipe repairs.
- Perform basic electrical work, including replacing switches, outlets, and light fixtures.
- Complete general carpentry repairs, including siding, windows, doors, and exterior trim.
- Perform routine property maintenance and repairs for rental properties and primary residences.
- Inspect properties and identify items requiring repair, replacement, or general upkeep.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while completing projects.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and properly.
- Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and to quality standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, tenants, property managers, and other team members.
- The position primarily involves maintenance, repairs, and renovations; no framing, new construction, or major plumbing/electrical projects are required.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of current experience
- Must have clean background check
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
